Jeremy attended University both at Western Oregon and at Cambridge
in England, and, being a well-travelled person, is tenacious about
building relationships and working with people. He first began
working in the industry of repair & remodeling under the tutelage of
Jeffrey Elliott in 2002, when the two of them began designs of
beginning a successful company together.
Jeremy's vision for JCLA is huge, and he believes that by serving
people well, and with integrity, that both his dreams, the dreams of
JCLA's team, and the dreams of the homeowners we serve will all be
realized.

administration, Shane’s business knowledge and experiences have
helped shape him for his unique role at JCLA Enterprises. His office
skills help keep the company’s information structured and organized,
and his business knowledge aids the company in its pursuit of
success.
His ability to analyze critical achievement factors help the company
grow “with excellence and integrity.” He is currently learning the
craft of remodeling, and he enjoys seeing the fruits of his labor. With

Having been in the remodeling industry from his 20s to the present
day, Jeff brings an extraordinary level of knowledge, skill & expertise
to the JCLA team. Jeff has been involved in restoration of historical
landmarks with the Historical Society, renovating even local
landmarks here in Portland, OR.
Jeff has also been a street of dreams builder and not only brings his
own expertise to the table, but a wide network of reliable and skilled
tradespeople.
Jeff always inspires fantastic relationships and instills confidence in
those we work for and with. With an amazing heart for people and
for relationships, his presence is a blessing both on and off the job

in leadership positions in multiple organizations including president of
her college fraternity Delta Delta Delta. She has 10+ years experience
working directly with clients in a customer service atmosphere. The
last three years she has worked as an office manager in a new
physical therapy office directly responsible for advertising, marketing,
and bookkeeping and has helped the office grow from a single
therapist office to a three therapist office.
Liesl loves working with people and is very excited about having the
opportunity to help another company grow, and learn the ins and outs
of a business other than healthcare. She is motivated to get the
company off and running so she can have more free time to spend
with her two little boys, although she plans to continue helping with
advertising, marketing, and client and administrative aspects of
JCLA.

Holly has worked for Guide Dogs for the Blind for over 9 years, and
continues to enjoy assisting the blind students that stay at the campus
in Boring, OR while training with their newly assigned guide dogs.
She is an animal lover and a people person.
Although Holly is content with her current occupation, she aspires for
something greater. Her role on JCLA’s team involves providing a
high level of customer service for the company’s customers, as well
as administering the JCLA’s standard office duties. With Holly on
our team, we’ll all be able to aspire for the greatness she envisions.
